Hi, I’m Jusdoit, and I created NoMoreConfused because I’ve lived everything you’re going through.

I’ve watched relatives, friends from church, and people I’ve met through community service struggle with technology every single day. The frustration is real, getting charged for subscriptions they never meant to sign up for, not knowing where their photos went, or being too scared to click anything because they don’t want to make things worse.

I started helping these people time to time , sitting down with them, walking them through it step by step in plain simple language. No tech talk. No impatience. Just real help from someone who genuinely cares.

Then it hit me, what if I could write it all down like a manual so they could go back and read it anytime they needed it? No more waiting for me to be available. No more forgetting the steps. Just clear, simple instructions ready whenever they need them.
